Delete from inside the app
Open Durra, go to the Account tab, and tap Delete account. Confirm, and your account is permanently deleted right away. This is the fastest way and requires no email.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your Durra account and everything tied to it on our servers: your synced revision deck, family links, and progress. This cannot be undone.
What is not affected
Durra is local-first. Memorization data saved only on your device is separate from your account and is not removed by deleting your account. To clear on-device data, delete the app from your device.
Prefer we do it for you?
If you cannot access the app, email salaam@trydurra.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will remove your account and its data and confirm by email.
